Não se trata aqui de desculpabilizar a ditadura militar. Mas há um dado que tem sido sistematicamente escamoteado: refiro-me à recusa de entrada de embarcações militares de outros países, nomeadamente da Grã-Bretanha, da marinha francesa e, inevitavelmente, os marines dos States.
Esta gente não tem outro meio de fornecer a ajuda humanitária senão à ponta das suas baionetas?
